At Pine Grove Tractor Works, we apply a professional hydro seed slurry blend that includes:

• Premium grass seed (matched to your property and sun exposure)
• Fertilizer for rapid germination
• Mulch for moisture retention and soil protection
• Tackifier to help seed adhere to the ground (critical for slopes)

This process creates an ideal growing environment, helping grass establish faster and more evenly than traditional seeding.

1. Base Hydroseeding Application $0.10 – $0.14 per sq ft | Minimum charge: $600 – $900

2. Full Lawn Establishment Package Includes final grading/smoothing, soil prep (light till or loosen surface), hydroseed application, and first fertilization. $0.18 – $0.30 per sq ft

3. Erosion / Slope Control Package Heavy tackifier + erosion blend. $0.20 – $0.35 per sq ft Perfect for driveway edges, drainage ditches, and hillsides.
