We built Pine Grove Tractor Works around one simple idea, rural land should work for you, not against you. Our owner, Michael Blake, learned that lesson managing his own 15-acre property and multiple Airbnb rentals in the Berkeley Springs area. Keeping driveways passable, fields tamed, and outdoor spaces guest-ready took reliable equipment, planning, and a lot of sweat. That experience now shapes how we plan every job, communicate costs, and protect your property. As a service-disabled veteran-owned, owner-operated business, we show up, stay accountable, and finish work with the same care we give our own land.
